What length is the inseam on your trousers?
The trousers come in three lengths. The short length is a 32 inch inseam, the medium length is a 34 inch inseam and the long length is a 36 inch inseam.
What sizes do the trousers come in?
The trousers come in sizes 8, 10, 12 and 14 and we hope to be able to expand the choice of sizes soon. Please refer to our size guide
How do I care for my garments?
Please refer to the individual care labels within each garment.
How will my items be delivered in the UK?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours but please be patient during busy periods such as the holiday seasons. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and have a tracking number which will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched. The option for delivery is:-

How do I return an order?
We hope that you will love your trousers so much that you will not need to return them but in the event you do please return them within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned new and unused, in their original packaging with the order number or proof of purchase. To start a return please contact info@finnletta.co.uk and once we have received your returned items and inspected them for approval you will be issued with a full refund however, you will need to return the items at your own cost and they will be your responsibility until we have received them. A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your items and an email notification will be sent to confirm this.

Are there any exceptions to returns?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Can I cancel/amend an order?
If you need to cancel/amend an order after you have received your order confirmation you will need to contact us at info@finnletta.co.uk We will do our upmost to make the changes you require as long as your order has not been packed or dispatched. Your refund will take 3 to 5 business days to process and you will receive an email notification to confirm this.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not exchange items. An item would have to be returned for a full refund via our normal returns process and the correct item then purchased.
Do you deliver internationally?
At present we deliver to Europe and the US and all orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Orders to Europe will take 3-5 business days and will be charged at a flat rate of £25. Orders to the US will take 6-7 business days and will be charged at a flat rate of £30. Unfortunately if items need to be returned (please see above for the returns process) these shipping costs are non refundable. Please see below for information on taxes and duties payable.
What if taxes and duties are payable?
Outside of the UK the customer will be responsible for any/all taxes or duties payable.
